Anti-Spam Policy
Meralead ("we," "us," or "the Company") builds and operates dedicated cold email infrastructure and campaigns on behalf of our clients. We are committed to responsible, transparent email practices and to full compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and comparable anti-spam laws in the jurisdictions where our clients and their recipients are located.
This page is our published anti-spam policy. Its permanent address is https://meralead.com/anti-spam-policy.
Our commitments
- Accurate sender identification. Every email we send or send on behalf of a client uses truthful "From," "Reply-To," and routing information that identifies the actual sender. We do not forge or obscure header information.
- Honest subject lines. Subject lines accurately reflect the content of the message. We do not use deceptive or misleading subject lines to induce opens.
- No harvested, purchased, or rented lists. We do not buy email lists, scrape addresses indiscriminately, or use dictionary/brute-force address generation. Every recipient is a specifically identified, named individual whose contact details are sourced through individual research consistent with a legitimate business inquiry, matched against our client's stated ideal customer profile.
- No affiliate or referral program. Meralead has no affiliate program, referral incentive, or third party who is paid to generate outreach volume on our behalf. Every campaign is planned and sent by our own team.
- Clear opt-out on every message. Every commercial email we send includes a working, clearly stated way to ask not to be contacted again. We honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, and we do not sell, rent, or transfer the email address of anyone who has opted out.
- A real, findable sender. We publish our company identity, physical address, and contact information on this website (see below), and our domain registration is not hidden behind a privacy proxy.
- Accountability for campaigns sent on a client's behalf. When we send email for a client, we remain responsible for the compliance of that email, and we monitor deliverability and complaint signals for every campaign we operate.
How to report a concern or opt out
If you believe you have received an unsolicited or non-compliant message from Meralead or from a campaign we operate on a client's behalf, or if you would like to stop receiving messages, contact us at [email protected]. Include the message you received (or its headers) so we can investigate. We respond to and process every report we receive.
